I'm 5'9, 165lbs and the mediums fit great. Not much stretch to the leg material, but they're fantastic and the colors are really bright. They held up in the wash as well.Normally wear a 34 medium, but seller recommended large, and they fit just right. Nice fit if you do not want baggy and long legged.Gave these a chance since Amazon didn't carry the Chubbies, as my boys are all about that brand. Saw these as a close 2nd and gave them a spin....LOVE them. Great fabrication, design, and fit (although on the smaller size for fit)For comparison, my boys are 6' 150ish and muscle slender (not an ounce of bodyfat, not fair) and they went up to a medium. We will be cutting out the mesh lining as they are more comfy in the dri-fit swim underwear but no biggie, do that all the time. Got the flamingos, soooooo cool. and the Pink dots which the color is not light pink, more purple pink, which I love. These are 30$ less than the Chubbies but every bit as good!First heard of the brand in Key West. Great value, fit as expected. Husband is very happy! :)These fit great! So far I love them. I originally ordered a pair of chubbies swim shorts which surprisingly seemed baggy. So I came to Amazon and ordered these instead. These fit perfect! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I question the durability/longevity of the shorts. They're not terrible by any means but I did already notice a few loose threads.For what it's worth, I am 6', 170 lb and usually wear a 32 waist. I bought the mediums. They are a shorter, skinnier fit which is just what I was looking for.Nice shorts, a little longer than I expected but comfortable. I am average size, athletic build, and I would not call the legs athletic fitted, more average swim trunk size. Nice color combination. I found the pocket sew-on to be weird, with the pattern completely off the main short pattern. All in all they seem ok. We will see how they hold up in the ocean and pool.I'm 6 foot, 175 and typically wear a 31 waist. The Medium fits me perfectly, which is to say that there is no margin for error. If your waist is any larger than that, I would move up to the large because this run a bit slim. I ordered the pink trunks and they are more purple in person. I'm still a fan of the product. If you find the right fit, I think you'll be satisfied with the look.I ordered these for my husband to wear on the North Shore, of Oahu this winter. We live in Maui and adore the surf scene. When the shorts arrived were were thrilled! They are excellent quality and the over all design is gorgeous. I would happily recommend ANYTHING from this brand. We did love all 3 designs we ordered. Cowabunga dude!
